10 Buddhist podcasts you should listen to

Podcast are just one of the tools you can use to help grow spiritually. With a bucket load of them out there I thought I would share ten of my favourites with you. Most are from the secular point of view but some are not, and that is totally fine. We don't always need to stay in our own bubble to grow so please explore and find the ones you enjoy most.

I have linked to there sites but pretty much every single podcast app will have them if you just search the name. My favourite podcast app is player.fm but there are tonnes out there to choice from.


Everyday Buddhism

He tells us to never believe it just because he says it instead we need to investigate what is said for our self. A western monk from England Karma Yeshe Ragbye  now lives in India, he was trained in the kagyu tradition of Buddhism. He has a contemplative look on life and shares this freely.

Secular Buddhism for skeptical atheist

Funny and factual, both hosts Mike Hoffman and Dougie Robertson know a thing or two about Buddhism. They both are great Friends and have been studying Buddhism for many years. Nothing mystical here, secular and factual, the podcast is aimed at the skeptical and runs down the basics of modern Buddhism.
